1. Collection and processing of data in connection with access via the Internet

When you visit our website, our web servers temporarily store each access in a log file. The following data are collected and stored until they are deleted automatically:

  • IP address of the accessing computer
  • Date and time of access
  • Name and URL of the accessed data
  • Transmitted data volume
  • Notification whether data retrieval was successful
  • Identification data of the browser and operating system used
  • Web page from which access was initiated
  • Name of your Internet service provider

These data are processed for the purpose of enabling use of the website (establishing a connection), system security, technical administration of the network infrastructure as well as in order to optimise our Internet presence. The IP address will only be analysed in the event of attacks on the company’s network infrastructure.

Apart from the aforementioned cases, no personal data will be processed unless you expressly consent to further processing.

Pseudonymous user profiles may be created as described in the remarks on web analysis below.   

 

2. Use and disclosure of personal data

Any use of your personal data takes place only for the aforementioned purposes and to the extent necessary to achieve these purposes. None of this data will be disclosed to third parties. Personal data will only be communicated to state institutions and authorities within the framework of mandatory national legislation or if, in the event of attacks on our network infrastructure, such disclosure is necessary for the purpose of legal or criminal prosecution. Disclosure for other purposes will not take place.

The company implements technical and organisational security measures in order to protect your personal data which is administered by us against accidental or deliberate manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons. Our security measures are continually being improved in order to keep up to date with technological development.   

 

4. Links to websites of other suppliers

Our websites may contain links to websites of other suppliers. We wish to point out that this data privacy statement applies exclusively to the company’s own websites. We have no influence over whether other suppliers comply with the applicable data protection regulations, nor are we able to verify this.   

 

5. Right to information and contact details

You are entitled to request information regarding the personal data relating to you which is stored; you are also entitled to demand the correction of incorrect data as well as blocking and deletion of your data.

If you are registered as a user for individual services offered by the company, in some cases we also offer you the option of viewing the data yourself via a user account and deleting or amending this as necessary.

7. Use of the web analysis service Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”).  Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. 8. Plugins and Tools

Google Web Fonts

For uniform representation of fonts, this page uses web fonts provided by Google. When you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.

For this purpose your browser has to establish a direct connection to Google servers. Google thus becomes aware that our web page was accessed via your IP address.
