Manufacturing process

Carbon Carbon Technology

Carbon fibre preforms or pre-pregs are infiltrated with carbon using hydro carbons at temperatures below 1500°C and controlled atmosphere to build up a carbon matrix.

The parts can be heat treated, graphitized and machined to final size according to customers' specification.

After final inspection the parts are sealed and packed for despatch.
